Gallant Lady - Crew

Whether you're a novice on your first charter, or an expert angler, the experienced crew of the Gallant Lady is dedicated to your successful sportfishing trip. All members of the crew, including the captain when possible, are down on the deck to aid your party with its catch. From captain to mate, our crew takes a hands-on approach to make your charter enjoyable and successful.

All captains hold Master Licenses of at least 50 Tons, and most hold 100 Ton licenses and have passed all U.S. Coast Guard safety classes. All captains have at least 20 years experience with charter boats or party boats.

Captain Bob Francis has been operating charter boats for 15 years including owning and operating the highly successful charter boat Delta Dawne out of Avalon, New Jersey for many years.

Captain Jeff Francis, former party boat and whale watching boat captain, holds a 100 Ton license and also operated Delta Dawne.

Captain Doug Dougherty holds a 100 Ton license also. As a former party boat mate and captain, he has 20 years of experience in charter fishing.
